During his nearly 30 years in the business, Eric has been published in numerous industry trades, including penning his own Small Agency Diary column in Ad Age. Eric served as Communications Director at GSD&M for eight years before joining McGarrah Jessee in 2007 to establish the agency’s in-house PR and social media practice.
