Normally, we line up. We praise the pitmasters by showing up early and waiting patiently to say those magic words: brisket moist, a rib, jalapeño cheese grits if you got ’em and, sure, some potato salad. But when Texas Monthly updated its list of the world’s best barbecue joints, YETI found a new way to show our appreciation. The ode to pitmasters, crafted and displayed on butcher paper, was our love letter to the men and women who make life worth living.
